1. General
These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in Sunrob Packaging Oy’s online store. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed when the customer places an order in the online store and the seller confirms the order by email or delivers the ordered products.
The seller has the right to refuse to accept the order, for example due to product availability problems, pricing errors or other exceptional reasons.
3. Products and prices
All prices are stated in euros (€).
Prices include VAT where required by law. Any delivery costs will be announced separately before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change prices and correct obvious pricing errors.
The purpose of the product images is to illustrate the product. The delivered product may differ from the image, for example due to technical changes made by the manufacturer.
4. Ordering
Orders are placed through the online store.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact, billing and delivery information provided is correct and up-to-date.
The seller has the right to request additional information before processing the order.
5. Payment terms
The payment methods used in the online store are announced at the checkout.
Order processing can only begin after the payment has been approved or the invoicing agreement has been confirmed.
The seller has the right to use external payment service providers.
6. Deliveries
The products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and are not binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, authorities, manufacturers or other reasons beyond the seller’s control.
Risk passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
7. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
If a product is not available, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In this case, the seller may:
deliver a similar replacement product with the customer’s approval; postpone delivery; or cancel the order and return the funds paid.
8. Inspection obligation
The customer must check the delivery immediately upon receipt.
Any transport damage, shortages or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing no later than 7 days after receipt of the delivery.
9. Returns and right of cancellation
Consumer customers
The consumer has a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, unless a statutory exception applies to the product.
The product to be returned must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Business customers
Business customers do not have an automatic right of return or cancellation, unless this has been separately agreed in writing.
Special products, software, custom-made products and components customized for the customer are not eligible for return.
10. Warranty and liability for defects
The products are subject to any warranty granted by the manufacturer.
The seller’s liability is limited to repairing, replacing the product, or refunding the purchase price in accordance with applicable law.
The warranty does not cover:
incorrect use; installation errors; normal wear and tear; changes made by the customer or a third party; use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
11. Limitation of liability
The seller is not liable for indirect damages, such as:
production interruption; downtime; lost business profits; lost data; other indirect financial damages. The seller’s total liability is always limited to the value of the product or order in question, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
12. Intellectual property rights
All content of the online store, including texts, images, logos, product descriptions and technical materials, are the property of the seller or their right holders.
Copying, distribution, or other use of the content without written permission is prohibited.
13. Force Majeure
The seller is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond its control, such as:
labor disputes; power or telecommunications outages; fire; natural disasters; war; government actions; international supply chain disruptions.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law.
The parties shall primarily seek to resolve any disputes through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved primarily in the district court of the seller’s domicile, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation.
Amendments to the terms and conditions
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions that were in force at the time of the order shall apply to the order.
